Automatically reply to emails with custom messages
Use auto-responders for:
Step 1: Go to Settings → Auto-Responders
Step 2: Click "New Auto-Responder"
Step 3: Configure settings
• Name: Internal name for the responder
• Subject: Subject line for the auto-reply
• Message: Body of the auto-reply (supports HTML)
• Conditions: When to send (all emails, specific senders, etc.)
• Frequency: Once per sender, once per day, every time
You can schedule auto-responders to activate and deactivate automatically:
Tip: Always set an end date for vacation auto-responders to avoid sending replies indefinitely.
Be Specific
Use conditions to only respond to relevant emails, avoiding spam and automated systems.
Limit Frequency
Set frequency to "once per sender" to avoid annoying contacts with repeated replies.
Clear Messages
Keep auto-reply messages concise and informative. Include when you'll be back or when to expect a response.
Test First
Send yourself a test email to verify the auto-responder works as expected before enabling it.
